It includes such individual titles as "Employer Expectations" , "Literacy Skills on the Job" and "Workplace Attitudes". The series focuses on those "soft skills" that are essential for workplace success. Each CD has pre-tests and post-tests. Multiple choice questions and additional internet links are embedded throughout the tutorials

Merit's Real World Reading Skills Software provides meaningful reading material to students whose literacy skills may be below grade level. The lessons are self-paced with feedback. An add-on, Merit Text Talker, allows the text to be read-aloud.
